The City of Hartford has begun a ten year program of renovating existing schools and constructing new schools throughout the city. Diggs Construction is the Program Manager performing project design and construction oversight for the initial $200 million, five-school construction project.
As Program Manager, Diggs provides a critical role, representing the Owner in managing all aspects of the school construction. Diggs on-site management staff leads the selection of Architects and Construction Managers for all projects, confirms design processes to meet the project and budget requirements, supervises the bidding and construction process, manages the financial budgets and accounting procedures and provides critical information to the Owner on the progress.
